On Monday 19th April, 2020, some angry youths in Bariga and Oworo areas of Lagos state have withstand the purported attacks by a deadly gang of armed robbers known as 1 Million Boys.
However, in a video circulating on the social media, the youths in the different communities in that axis unit to repulse the attacks from the dreaded gang.
The dreaded gang had written letters to several communities in Lagos including the two downtown areas. In the letters, the gang alarmed to carry out armed robbery attacks in some listed neighbourhoods.
Though, Mr Hakeem Odumosu, the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, had advised residents in the state to ignore any letters directed to their communities, however, there have been reports of robberies in some parts of the state.
