American legendary rapper, Marshall Bruce Mathers III, popularly known as Eminem is celebrating his 12 years of sobriety.
The rapper checked into rehab in 2007 after almost dying from a methadone overdose in the past as he disclosed that he is now clean and living his best life.
However, the 47-year-old rapper took to his verified Instagram page to celebrate milestone without drugs, the record producer shared a photo of his 12-year sobriety chip and wrote:
"Clean dozen, in the books! I’m not afraid."

The rapper has been open about his fight with his addiction in the past, disclosing that he was once taking up to 30 Vicodin (an opioid that treats severe pain) a day as well as ‘anywhere from 40 to 60 Valium’ (a benzodiazepine that can help people be calm).
