A Nigerian Police man who went viral on the social media after he was caught on video clip counting the N40,000 that he allegedly extorted from a man arrested by him.
However, the police man who real name is Taloju Martins, and also the SO of Ago Police station in Lagos State, was seen counting 1,000 Naira notes that he allegedly mandated the man who violated the lockdown order to pay.
The video went viral on social media platforms and the officer has been nabbed.
As stated by the Lagos State Police command, he will be subjected to internal disciplinary proceedings known as Orderly room trial.
