On Monday, May 25, 2020, a Nigerian man identified as Peter Ogbonna, inflicted severe cutlass wounds on his twin brother, Paul, during a fight in Ndimoko Arondizuogu, Imo State.
As it was gathered, their problem began after Paul allegedly flogged the son of Peter’s girlfriend, who had come to their house to check up on his mom.
It’s alleged that Paul does not support his twin brother’s affair with a woman who is said to be a mother of five.
However, when Peter heard about the incident, he picked up his machete and went straight to confront his twin brother.
Their heated argument quickly turned into a fight which saw Paul being butchered by his brother.
Then, immediately after the incident, the victim was rushed to the Accident and Emergency ward of the Federal Medical Center, Owerri, where his limbs were cut off in order to save his life.
Thus, Peter has been apprehended by the Eke Ndizuogu Police division and he is presently being detained.
