Cynthia Morgan Makes U-Turn, Reveals That Ex Record Label Boss, Jude Okoye Wasn’t The Problem (Details)

Nigerian singer, Cynthia Morgan has made U-Turn after reportedly placing an allegation onher former record label boss, Jude Okoye of holding on to her Instagram and VEVO accounts.

Morgan now reveals that she doesn’t have any issue with her ex record label boss, but with Joy Tongo, her former manager.

The embattled singer revealed this on an Instagram live session with Sandra, the lady who started the “Bring Back Cynthia Morgan campaign”.

As stated by the singer, Joy Tongo was her main problem all along and not the Northsides music entertainment boss, Jude Okoye.

Morgan claimed that her manager who was the middle man wasn’t doing her job well.
However, when asked if she can ever make peace with them, Morgan revealed that she can make peace with Jude Okoye because she never had any problem with him, but can NEVER in life make peace with her former manager, Joy Tongo.

Morgan had alleged that it made her lose her royalties, name, VEVO and Instagram accounts.

Meanwhile, remember that Jude Okoye who countered the allegations made by Cynthia Morgan, had said he will be sharing the contract on the social media.

Thus, in the contract which was signed in October 2013, lasted up to 4 years and had a 2 year option renewal, the contract also had a 50-50 sharing formula and it was not mentioned anywhere that Morgan would lose her name.b

Anyway, the below are some reaction of Nigerians after the contract was shared to the public…

See some reaction below;

“So Cynthia Morgan lied? The easiest way to get Nigerians on your side is to tell an emotional story and sprinkle some tears for effect. Works everytime!”

“So Cynthia Morgan lied? Another lesson learnt, we have to always wait for the two sides of the story before judging.”

“So Cynthia Morgan actually lied. Wow. It’ll get to a point that people would laugh off peoples actual tragedies on this app cos they’ve been played too many times and I won’t judge. Fr.”
