A 22-year-old Computer Science undergraduate of the University of Port Harcourt, Kenneth Gift, alongside his mother, Dorah Aninah and girlfriend, Dandy Spice have been nabbed.
The officers of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), Benin Zonal Office on Thursday, 16th July, 2020, apprehended the trio for allegedly cyber-crime in Agbor, Delta State.
Well, in a statement released by the EFCC, disclosed that their arrest followed a petition from the United States Federal Bureau of investigation, (FBI), and intelligence by operatives of the Commission.
However, the items recovered from the trio as at the time of arrest include a 5-bedroom duplex, Mercedes Benz GLK 350, Mercedes-Benz C250, Mercedes-Benz CA250, laptops and mobile phones.
Thus, the statement also disclosed that the three of them have already made useful statements and will be heading to court immediately after the ongoing investigations.
