Renowned Nigerian legendary singer, D’Banj has challenged popular activist, Segun Awosanya popularly known as Segalink to say the truth concerning the controversies trailing the rape allegation leveled against him by Ms. Seyitan Babatayo.
Well, last Friday, 3rd July, 2020, the activist took to hi verified twitter page to berate the ”vicious and hateful approach of BMC & e-Feminists” on the case which he stated is at the expense of D‘banj rape accuser’s wellbeing.

He wrote that the “malicious interest group” erroneously believe that Seyitan’s reluctance in taking their orders, was connected to him.
Then after seeing his tweets, D’banj took to his verified twitter page on Saturday July 4, and tweeted at the Segalink to go further and tell the true story of what happened....even though a statement from @StandtoEndRape on the unfounded allegations could have been issued to distance their services from the drive of known gender trolls on Twitter. He also asked the activist to mention the names of the individuals who told him Ms. Seyitan was allegedly kidnapped after she accused him (D’banj) of sexual abuse.
Dbanj’s response reads;

He also added in a rejoinder tweet;
