President Muhammadu Buhari Names Railway Station After Ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan


The Nigeria President, Muhammadu Buhari has named the Railway Complex in Agbor, Delta State after former President, Goodluck Jonathan.

Tolu Ogunlesi, the President’s Special Assistant on New Media, disclosed this on Saturday, 18th July, 2020.

Ogunlesi revealed that Rotimi Amaechi, the Minister of Transport, as saying the facility will be known as the Goodluck Jonathan Railway Station & Complex.

Thus, the said railway station is an operational hub of the Itakpe-Warri rail line.

Well, the ex-president Goodluck Jonathan is presently in Mali as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) Special Envoy.

He is the chairperson of the body’s mediation mission and is charged with bringing peace to the feuding nations
