“Thank God Ray Hushpuppi is still in their detention” - Nigerians react to Twitter accounts hack by Bitcoins scammers

Many Nigerians on twitter have taken to the platform to react to the U.S prominent figures in the likes of Obama, Bill Gate, Kanye West and among others, Twitter accounts hacked by bitcoins scammers.

Even though that the Twitter official handle has revealed that the hack was as a result of social media engineering.

Twitter said;

“We detected what we believe to be a coordinated social engineering attack by people who successfully targeted some of our employees with access to internal systems and tools.”

Many Nigerians have now taken to their handles to react to the news, some were quick even to highlight that it’s Ray Hushpuppi, who was recently nabbed in Dubia.

While, others disclosed that it was good he was apprehended before the attack, else he would have been said to be the man behind it.
