At Long Last, Cristiano Ronaldo Recovers From COVID-19

Portuguese and Juventus striker, Cristiano Ronaldo has recovered from COVID-19 after 19 days of being in isolation.

Juventus confirmed his recovery from the novel virus on Friday, 30th October, stating that the sensational carried out a check with a diagnostic test (swab) for Covid 19 which came out negative.

The club’s statement reads below;
 
“The player has, therefore, recovered after 19 days and is no longer subjected to home isolation,” 

Cristiano Ronaldo first tested positive for the novel virus on Tuesday, 13th October, 2020, while on national duty with Portugal, causing him to miss Portugal’s Nations League game against Sweden.

He then later missed the Champions League match with Barcelona which Juvie lost 0-3 after another test ahead of the game returned positive.

It remains to be seen if Ronaldo will be in the Bianconeri team to face Spezia in Serie A this weekend.
