Desmond Elliot purportedly called for social media regulation after Nigerians hauled his alleged side chic, Dr Anu

Veteran Nollywood actor and Lagos lawmaker, Desmond Elliot has received heavy backlash from Nigerians after he made an unaccepted speech saying social media should be regulated.

The 46-year-old thespian who felt the heat after he was hauled mercilessly on all social media platforms, bowed to pressure and apologized to Nigerians.

Nevertheless, following his apology, it has been alleged by Gistlovers that the on-screen character called for social media regulation because his alleged side chic, Dr. Anu of med contour, was hauled mercilessly over failed surgery.

It could be recalled that Dr. Anu was nabbed following the death of a customer who she allegedly performed a surgery on.
