One groundnut seller who came to Lekki toll gate protest ground to sell groundnuts for protesters, has received more than N2million from well-being Nigerians.
The protesters, on seeing the old woman at the protest ground, were moved to fund-raise for her to live a better life.
Nonetheless, her account details circulated, with Nigerians including concerned celebrities, donating money to her account.
Initially, it was announced that she had received N500,000 donation, but a recent update, confirms that the amount has sky rocketed to a whooping N2.3million. The groundnut seller couldn’t hide her tears when she received the good news.
