Famous Newspaper publisher and activist, Omoyele Sowore is under fire after he alleged he began the first #EndSARS pescedul protest in Abuja.
Well, he made this claim while having an Instagram Live session with popular On-Air Personality, Daddy Freeze.
Recall Sowore was recently chased away by protesters after he wore a #RevolutionNow shirt and hat to #EndSARS protest ground in Abuja.
The key topic of discussion in the video or what question led to the answer he gave is not known but the short clip now circulating on Twitter captured moment he said “I started the first #EndSARS protest in Abuja.”
Whether Sowore was referring to previous #EndSARS protests held in past is what isn’t clear at the moment but Nigerians on Twitter are not impressed.
Some Nigerians are insisting nobody started the ongoing #EndSARS protests as the campaign has no leader.

All I know is when the youths came out to protest for the first time and on the first day, it wasn't Sowore who lead it. I don't have any personal issue with him, but some days ago, he was accused of trying to hijack the endsars protest. Even Reno isn't a saint
