”Even Jesus was crucified” – Burna Boy says after his song was rejected by #EndSARS peaceful protesters [Watch]

Multi award Nigerian singer, Burna Boy, has responded after his song was rejected by #EndSARS peaceful protesters, during a protest yesterday in Abuja.

It could be recalled that yesterday, 11th October, 2020, the singer bowed to pressure from fans and critics and officially joined the #EndSARS movement which seeks the scrapping of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force.

The self-acclaimed African giant issued a statement on Saturday, 10th October, 2020, amid knocks from Nigerian youths who had expressed dismay over the musician’s quietness.

The ‘Twice as tall’ crooner said the protest ought not be about him but about more profound issues. 

Now, a video was shared via the social media of protesters rejecting his song and he replied saying; “Even JESUS was crucified.”
