The DMW boss, Davido, has disclosed the lesson he has learnt from the demise of his Zimbabwean friend, Ginimbi who passed on in car accident 2 weeks ago in Harare.
Conversing with DJ Cuppy in an interview on Apple Music Africa Now, recorded by TheInfogh.com he revealed that material things are becoming useless to him every day after the demise of Ginimbi, on the grounds that he has realized all humans have is breath.
As per the ‘HOLY GROUND’ crooner, Ginimbi’s death has taught him to appreciate life as the air we breathe is the only thing needed in this life.
In his words....
“I feel like material things are just becoming useless to me every day. I just lost a friend he is from Zimbabwe, he was my very close friend. He was an amazing and a very great and loving guy, Ginimbi. What did he not have? He had it all. At the end of the day what his death made me realize is that all we have in this life is the air we breathe. You might be poor or reach but whatever situation you find yourself just be happy that you are alive,”
