Nigeria Army personnel beat lady mercilessly for not greeting them (Video)

Some Nigeria Army personnel have allegedly assaulted a young Nigerian lady, Olaide Oluwo for not greeting them when she passed by.

The incident reportedly happened in the Sangotedo area of Lagos state lately and has since gone viral on social media.

Olaide who took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter to recount the ill treatment she suffered from the soldiers, disclosed that she was beaten because she did not greet the soldiers.

As per her, she walked pass them around 5pm and didn’t notice that they were there until one of them flogged her, ran after and beat her mercilessly.

The young lady alleged that when people around confronted the officers, they told them that they flogged her because she failed to show courtesy by greeting them.

Olaide tweeted, 

“This happened to me around 5pm. I did nothing to these people ..I didn’t even look at them until one of them flogged me ! I was walking and this guy insulted me ran after me and then flogged me with koboko! When people confronted them they said it’s cuz I didn’t greet them”.

Nevertheless, a video shared online captured the moment Olaide confronted the soldiers after they allegedly attacked her.
