Famous Nollywood actress, Didi Ekanem has tackled ladies who call men broke and detest dating with less financial strength.
Well, in a lengthy Instagram note, the curvy thespian entreated ladies to quit calling men broke explaining that if their mums did not date or marry their broke fathers, they would be in existence in the first place.
The curvy on-screen character kicked against those who because they are fortunate to meet a rich guy, they downplay or undermine ladies whose boyfriend are not rich.
As per to screen personality, not all destinies are the same, and continuously tagging them broke will lead them to do all sorts of things just to make money.
In her words;
“If our mothers did not marry our broke fathers then, we will not be here.
If you are lucky to find a man that takes care of you, lucky you then but don’t feel the need to make other women feel like they are unlucky because their destiny is different.”
“Money is good but don’t make it a yardstick for a good relationship. Stop calling men broke. If they become armed robbers now, you will complain.
If they become yahoo boys, you will say God forbid, I can’t marry a yahoo boy, yet you call them broke.”
