One video making rounds on the social media has shown a white man proposing plans to wipe out Africans from the surface of the earth.

Suggesting how the population in the world can be controlled, the said white man whose identity is yet to be obtain told a panel in a discussion that Africans ought to be killed.

While, sharing the video via the micro-blogging platform, a Twitter user identified as @TallDesmond, wrote

 “We need to kill the Africans, They are worthless and the population is too much, ” he said.
