The reality tv star who is currently in Ghana, stepped out on Friday night, 26th February and her outfit which displayed her b00bs has got fans glued to her Instagram page.
Kim Oprah was seen in a racy all black outfit which looked sleek on her.

Then, in another post, she shared a video of herself showing off her s3xy outfit which exposed her b00bs, while flaunting her hair and beauty.
