Popular Yoruba actor, Lege Miama has blasted actress, Tonto Dikeh for condemning Baba Ijesha, who was alleged caught raping a 14-year-old girl.
Dickson101.com, a few days ago, reported that Tonto Dikeh, in a post shared via her official handle on Instagram, said Baba Ijesha must not be granted bail as the authorities concerned may want to twerk the law to his favour being a public figure.
She further urged her fans to tag relevant foreign and local authorities to ensure that justice prevails to serve as a deterrent to others. She also vowed to ensure that Baba Ijesha rot in jail.
Now, reacting to the outburst, Lege Miama slammed Tonto Dikeh for insulting Yoruba Movie Industry, adding she has no right to criticize Baba Ijesha when there is no CCTV evidence where he was caught raping the minor.
Speaking further, Lege Miama said there are still some discrepancies in the rape case as he cannot understand some issues surrounding the case.
Reacting to Lege’s outburst, some netizens urged him to get his facts right before insulting any individual as rape is a sensitive issue.
