Perri Edwards, the 32-year-old British retired track and wife of 2019 BBNaija reality tv star and entrepreneur, Mike Edwards has revealed she recently tasted Garri for the 1st time.
She disclosed that a friend had invited her to have a taste of a real Nigerian food.
Treating her to a sumptuous Nigerian meal, the mum of one was served moi-moi and Garri to complement it.
Well, in a video which captured the moment field athlete tasted Garri for the first time that was shared online, she wrote,
“I tried Garri for the first time.. @omavanessaofficial said come let me give you real Nigerian food”.
Nevertheless, judging from her facial expression it appeared that she didn’t like the taste of the Garri, according to her, it has no taste but only has a sweet after taste.
In her words,
“There’s no taste, it just has a sweet after taste”.
