Popular Nollywood actor, Yomi Fabiyi continues to stand his ground and kick against the plans of famous Nigerian comedienne Princess and others to repeat the sexual advances actor Baba Ijesha bestowed on a minor about 7 years ago.
Baba Ijesha has been in the custody of the Police for more than a week now for making sexual advances on a foster daughter of comedienne, Princess.
Well, in a video shared on social media by the comedienne, she accused the thespian who she was helping 7 years ago of bonking her foster daughter.
As per her, matters escalated and the girl began to perform very bad at school.
The comedienne reiterated that the victim was scared to expose the issue until this year. She fingered Baba Ijesha as the one who abused her seven years ago. The only way to back allegations was to get evidence on him to ease his prosecution.
Princess and others decided to set Baba Ijesha while putting him under the surveillance of CCTV cameras positioned in strategic positions. Baba Ijesha was invited to the house and left alone with the victim. Immediately, she left, Baba Ijesha started molesting and making sexual advances on the 14 year old girl.
Reacting to the CCTV footage which was already gone viral on social media, the self-acclaimed human rights activist, strongly contended that Princess’ decision was a wrong move. He called for the arrest of all the adults involved in the setup of the actor within seven days.
As per him, Officers in Charge will be said to be ignorant of the laws if the arrest of the adults is not effected within seven days. He finally posed a question to parents asking whether they will put their children on the line to be molested awfully in bid to obtain evidence.
