”At night, I literally screamed and cried” - Nollywood Actor Deyemi Okanlawon says after undergoing a successful surgery

Famous Nollywood actor, Deyemi Okanlawon had shared heartbreaking experiences of his life when he was suffering an undisclosed ailment.

Expressing gratitude to God Almighty for a successful surgery, the thespian, in a post shared via his official handle on Instagram, recounts how he battled an undisclosed ailment for 2 years and an unsuccessful medical procedure.

According to him, he had lived through the most excruciating pain of his life where he literally cried and screamed at night; nonetheless, he works and smiles like all is well with him during the day.

Speaking on his post-surgery experience, he disclosed that he feels like he has been given a new lease of life. He expressed appreciation to his wife, friends and family members for their prayers and support.

He penned down: 

“For almost 2 years after an unsuccessful medical procedure, I’ve had to live through the most excruciating pain imaginable… at night I literally screamed and cried, by day I worked and smiled through it all (with really strong pain meds). Post-surgery I feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life and I want to say a special thank you to my wife for the love and care, to my fam & friends for their prayers and support, to my many brand partners and employers for their patience and understanding, and to the best surgeon ever, Dr Coker, and his entire medical team at Lagoon Hospital I say a big thank you. Grateful to God for the road to divine recovery!
