Renowned Nigerian singer and songwriter, Olanrewaju Fasasi, alias Sound Sultan is currently battling with throat cancer in the U.S.
As per SaharaReporters, the singer has commenced chemotherapy in one of the hospitals in the country.
Many fans have also taken to social media to share goodwill messages and prayers.
