“To make it in Lagos no easy" - Singer, Slimcase reacts after witnessing a cashew seller getting nabbed for hawking in Lagos state (Video)

Popular Nigerian music star, Slim Case has reacted after he witnessed a cashew seller getting apprehended for hawking in Lagos state.

Although the reason why the cashew seller was nabbed and his goods seized is not ascertained, but the now viral video captures the young man struggling as they whisked him away.

The artiste who revealed he witnessed the scene revealed that he couldn’t step out of his car to help for his own safety too.

Reacting to the treatment meted on the hawker, he wrote, “The cashew seller on the road, if only i fit come down for car run cash for am but for my safety too Gats dey on d low the hustle in the street is real”.

In other news, Slim Case recently recounted how he drew face paint for kids for N50 before he eventually got a big break in music.

According to him, he was only trying to earn a living at that time. Speaking further, he reveal that he took all his life savings to the studio before “grace found him”.

Sharing the throwback picture from his humble days, he wrote;

“I face paint kids for 50N back in days to make a living in a very hot sun under an umbrella, pack all my life savings go studio Before Grace found me”.
