54 year old popular Nollywood actor, Bolaji Amusan alias Mr. Latin has revealed that his colleague Ebun Oloyede aka Olaiya Igwe who has been sick is recuperating.
Sharing a picture from his visit to the sick thespian, Mr Latin wrote “I visited Olaiya Igwe at home and I am very pleased that he is recuperating very fast,”
Other celebrities wished Olaiya a speedy recovery in the comment section of the post.
In August 2021, it was rumoured that the actor had passed away from kidney surgery at the University College Hospital Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners of Nigeria (TAMPAN) nevertheless denied the rumours about his death, describing it as fake news.
Also, sometime ago, Olaiya Igwe disclosed that his biggest regret in life remains his parents’ decision to give him tribal mark. Olaiya Igwe insists that there is no need for parents to give their children tribal marks.
