Following Sensational Nigerian singer, Burna Boy’s much talked about sold out concert which took place at Madison Square Garden, New York, Big Brother Africa runner-up, Tayo Faniran, has taken to Instagram to brag about the music star.
Dickson101 reported that the Africa Giant became the first Nigerian artiste to have a sold out show at his ‘One Night in Space concert’ at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
Celebrating the Super star, Tayo Faniran, compared Burna Boy, to rapper, Jay-Z, saying that he is better that the latter but people are too scared to celebrate him.
“Burna Boy is a better Afrobeat artist than Jay-Z as a rapper they just are so scared to celebrate him as much as he deserves”, he wrote.
Faniran also shared a video of one of Burna Boy’s concert, he attended in 2019, which changed his life.
He wrote:
“29th of August 2019,I was present at this Burnaboys live show in Hollywood Los Angeles,and something changed in my life (part of the major reasons I relocated to Lagos,but that’s a story for another day ),I started screaming in that hall,I’M A NIGERIAN TOO ✊🏿,but instead of every Nigerian to be shouting Burna! Burna! today,they would rather pretend to be distracted by a fucken Polygamy bullshit story 🤨,I shake my head in Portuguese.”
