Nigerian popular singer and music executive, Bankole Wellington alias Banky W has lambasted Nigerian lawmakers over N27 billion budgeted for renovation of NASS complex.
The singer cum politician made his dissatisfaction known in recent series of tweets via his verified Twitter page on Wednesday, 3rd June, 2020.
While describing the act as sheer wickedness, he called on Nigerian lawmakers to explain why fund initially budgeted for health and education were cut.
He wrote;
“At a time when most Nigerians are seriously struggling with being able to afford everything from FOOD to Healthcare, our National Assembly is going to spend N27 BILLION on "renovations"!
