Kylian Mbappe, the Paris Saint-Germain star, has been named this year’s most valuable player in world of football, with a price tag of £231.1million.
As stated by Sky Sports, a study by the CIES Football Observatory on Monday, 8th June, 2020, reveals that the France World Cup winner is rated as the Most Valuable Player in world football.
The 21-year-old young player has a £231.1million price tag put on his head in a study of the top 100 players from Europe’s five biggest leagues.
The Paris Saint-Germain player maker is also ahead of Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling, Borussia Dortmund’s Jadon Sancho, Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold, and Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford.
Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling has been valued with a price tag of £173.6m (2nd position), while Sancho is valued at a price of £173.6m (3rd position).
Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold has been valued at a price of £152.6m (4th position), while Rashford of the Red Devils is been valued at a price of £135.8m (5th position).
While the others that make up the top ten lists are Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah (£129.2m), Liverpool’s Sadio Mane (£124.1m), Barcelona’s Antoine Griezmann (£121.6m), Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies (£119m), and Tottenham’s Harry Kane (£105.8m).
Then, the other English Premier League (EPL) players to make the top 20 include Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino (No 11, £105.7m), Manchester City’s Bernardo Silva (No 12, £102.5m), Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus (No 13, £100.8m), Manchester United’s Bruno Fernandes (No 17, £93.5m) and Chelsea’s Mason Mount (No 19, £91.4m).
