In Lagos State, a Nigerian yet-to-be identified man has been arrested picking out used sanitary pads from dust bins.
The suspect who was confronted and nabbed by security officers was made to be down on his knees while he was being filmed by an eye witness.
However, in the video clip below, the man could be seen dropping the sanitary pads on the ground. The yet-to-be identified man was specifically accused of searching for the used pads for some reasons best known to him.
Thus, when he was questioned why was he picking the sanitary pads and storing them in a bag, he couldn’t even say a word.
