The charge sheet which gives an insight on some of the charges suspected Nigerian internet frauadster, Ramon Abbas better known as Ray Hushpuppi is facing in U.S. has emerged the internet.

The instagram big boy who faces a statutory maximum sentence of 20 years in a US federal prison if convicted, made his initial U.S. court appearance on Saturday morning, 4th July, 2020, in Chicago.

Well, in the affidavit prepared by Andrew John Innocenti, the FBI Special Agent revealed that the suspected Nigerian fraudster and his co-conspirators were accused of stealing over $16m.

Thus, the affidavit made in support of a criminal complaint and an arrest warrant for Ray Hushpuppi, also captured phone conversations between him and his co-conspirators after each business email compromise (BEC) fraud they allegedly perpetrated.

They were also accused of trying to scam an English Premier League Club of £100m (approximately $124 million).

The affidavit also captured pictures of Ray Hushpuppi’s extravagant lifestyle which was allegedly financed by proceeds of crimes he allegedly perpetrated.
