Popular Nigerian female singer, Simi has apologized to the LGBT community following a “homophobic remark” she passed off in her YouTube show
‘Stoopid Sessions'.
The new mother of one had said that homosexuality isn’t natural in the YouTube Show.
In her words;
“they (LGBT) say they’re born that way, but I haven’t seen any biological proof”.
Anyway weeks after the comment lighted an objection on social media, the singer has tendered an apology by means of a tweet she shared.
The singer who expressed that she understands what discrimination is as a woman, avowed that nobody merits the detest the LGBT community is often shown.
The 32-year-old also added that she is learning but is sorry she did as such at their expsense.
