One Zimbabwean police man has evoked unrest after reportedly killing a baby while harassing her mom with a baton stick.
As per reports gathered, the nine months old baby was hit by the baton struck by the police man and died at the spot after sustaining deadly injuries.
In a short video circulating via the internet, the distraught mom was seen holding her dead baby in her left hand and grasping the police man who was trying to break free in the other. This caught the attention of many onlookers who gathered at the scene.
@alicetsungu who shared the video, penned down;
"Brothers and sisters, police tell your relatives to be a little dizzy, please. A police officer in Bindura beat a woman with a machete, killing the baby on her back. @PoliceZimbabwe who said people should be beaten, can’t you take people to the station This is bad."
